Where to start..

This month has been, stressful..  First, I got my first set of plants in the ground!  Yippy!…  And then the second they are in the ground the weather decided to dip down into the low forties and high fifties.  Boo!  Needless to say, my plants haven’t been doing the best outside right now.  My poor Stock flowers have turned a sickly white and look ready to shrivel up..!

Second, I added a new garden!  My pot garden!  No no no, not THAT kind of pot..  Flower pots!  I’ve worked hard to add in this new garden, and I’m excited to see what I can do with it and how well some of my stuff will grow in pots.

And third, we have the college issue..  I am signing up for Fall college classes this month (please, hold the applause), and because of college, I needed a new computer.  Well, the computer issue was solved just a few days ago (brand new computer you guys!) and I can’t be more excited to have a computer again!  As for the whole college thing, I sign up in just a few short weeks.  AND my brother is coming home and joining me for college this year!  (For anyone trying to guess what ‘big’ college I’m going to, it’s just a small community college in the next town over.)

With my new computer, comes the real new changes..  My blogs home page got a much needed makeover (for anyone who actually makes it onto my blogs home page and doesn’t just read my posts on ‘WordPress’, you’ll see the difference)!  I added a new feature to my blog where you can subscribe to me via email now!  So for those of you who want to keep up to date on all of my newest posts, but don’t want to sign up through any website, there is a new option for you!  Along with that, I am also working on making a Facebook Page for my blog, so I can post more frequently for you guys on all of the little things that get done around here on the homestead.  I’m still working out the kinks on the Facebook page, but I’m hopping to make it public soon enough for you guys!  Keep an eye out for another mention about it!  More info on that coming soon!

That’s pretty much it for all the newness around here..  New garden, new laptop, new blog look, new experiences with college (coming this fall), and a new Facebook Page (see below).
