Merry Christmas Everyone!
This year was a calm and laidback Christmas. I slept in until 7:30 and woke up to make coffee for my parents and cinnamon rolls for the family. Around 8, I put the cinnamon rolls in the oven and my brother had shown up for breakfast (perks of having all of my family in one town).
After cinnamon rolls, and cleaning up the kitchen after breakfast, my family gathered around the living room and exchanged gifts. My brother and had I saved the environment a little by not wrapping any presents (just kidding, we were just lazy) and we just gave anyone presents out of a basket. I got a LOT of German candy, some incense, some local handmade soaps, and a lot of tea. ❤ ❤ ❤

After opening presents, my mother and I got to work getting food ready for our snacking lunch. I spent 2-3 hours making German Potato Salad, while my mother spent a few hours getting snacks around. It turned out to be a beautiful spread and very yummy too!

After our Christmas lunch of snacky foods, we were all very full and very sleepy. While my parents took an afternoon nap, I was too full to nap, so I cleaned my cabin and took a walk to burn off all of those Christmas snacks.
Finally, the night was ended with my parents and me watching the movie ‘White Christmas’. After which, I went back to my cabin to work on some crochet bags, and that’s where I am right now while finishing up this blog post.

So that was my Christmas for 2021! Just a small and quiet Christmas with my family. I hope that you all survived the Winter Holidays as well. Thank goodness they are over! Now to make my new year’s resolutions and be done with this odd year…
As always, smile, have an amazing day, and have a very happy Christmas! ❤
