With all of the chaos of this week, I finally remembered to stop and look at the pretty full moon amongst all of the sparkling stars. It was hard NOT to notice the moon of course, because every time I went outside at night, it was so bright outside that I didn’t even need a flashlight!

When I saw this gorgeous thing popping up out of the trees, I knew I had to get my camera and take some pictures!

The darker it got, the harder it was to take pictures because of the glare from the moon and how bright it was. I think I got some good pictures during twilight though!

I hope that you enjoy these pretty pictures of the full moon, and I hope that you got to see it for yourself as well! It’s interesting to think that no matter where we are in this world, we are all staring up at the same moon. 😉
As always, smile, have an amazing day, and if you wave at the moon, you shall wave at me too. ❤
The moon was truly awe inspiring!! I didn’t get any awesome pictures though, yours are beautiful!
In the car on Wednesday, my son said something about the moon being a crescent shape, and I said, “Actually, it was a waxing gibbous!” And my husband said, “Son, don’t get your mother started on the moon.”
I have a bit of an obsession- it’s just so fascinating!!

Aww, thank you! I was really happy to see that there was no glare in these pictures here and really pleased to see that the moon doesn’t just look like the sun. When I checked out the pictures on my computer, I was thrilled to see that the moon looked like the moon! (It didn’t look like that on my camera.)
