This year for Christmas, I decided to get creative with some new gel-pens and colored pencils I had gotten for a Halloween gift. The results were some amazing Christmas cards I plan on sending out to my family and friends. ❤

I LOVE the Harry Potter one I made (top left) for a friend of mine who is as equally obsessed with Harry Potter as I am! I seen this one online and thought it was going to be hard to recreate, but thankfully it was a LOT easier than I thought. The burnt edges were a cool touch, I’ve certainly never burned a card for ‘dramatic effect’ before, but it turned out great! 😅
The cat and the Christmas tree one I made for my grandmother. She has a bunch of cats that are always getting into trouble, so when I saw that card online, I knew it would be perfect for her! The only real hard part about it was drawing the cat..
I should mention that all of these ideas came from Pinterest, none of these are my own original ideas!

Most of them I did were generic ones that could be sent so anyone. Some were cute, some were funny, and only a few of them were made with a specific person in mind. For example, the Fallout one (top right) was made for my Fiancé’s little sister who loves that video game! And the Grinch card (top middle right) was made for my father, who loves everything Grinch related! Other than those cards in the picture above, the rest of these haven’t been assigned to anyone yet. However, I can assure you they are all going to a special home by the end of this holiday season. ❤
This week I plan to make a few extra, for any people we may have forgotten to add to our list and remember halfway through December. And let’s face it, there is always one person we forgot about until someone mentions their name and we have to scramble for a card last minute during the holiday rush.. Well not me! Not this year!
I hope everyone else is ready for this Holiday season! I’m certainly not ‘ready’ myself, but who is ever really ‘READY‘? 😉 COMMENT BELOW! What are you doing to get ready for the upcoming Holidays? Do you make your own Christmas cards or buy them from the store? Is there anything you make by hand that makes the Holidays feel a bit more ‘special’? Have you decorated for Christmas yet? I WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT BELOW!
As always my lovely readers, smile, have an amazing day, and start up that Christmas Music!!!🎄❄️🎶🎵🎶
I buy Christmas cards. (I used to make cards years ago.) There is not many I send out.
But Christmas is not something I celebrate now and haven’t done since 2019. I just consider it as a day of rest and a normal day.

Christmas isn’t celebrated as much now as it was when I was a kid, but this is my first year celebrating with two families (mine and my fiancé’s), so I’m trying to make it special. I’ll admit that I used to send out a LOT of Christmas cards a few years ago, but it gets tedious to spend all that time and effort to send out Christmas cards when no one sends them back.

I love them, how much is a pack of them if they’re for sale?

That’s very sweet, but sadly they are not for sale. Just me sending out Christmas cards to my family. 😊

Happy Thanksgiving to you too! I’ve already been listening to Christmas music when my fiancé can’t hear it. 🤫😂 I get to decorate tomorrow night when we get home from all of the Thanksgiving stuff. I hope your decorating goes well! It sounds like you’re just as excited for Christmas as I am!
